History: Fuchs Wut...that is the only thing known about this fellow. Nobody know who his parents were/was. Nobody know what he is. It is like he just appeared out of nowhere. Now this person walks upon the mortals and feed off there land. This is the legacy of Fuchs Wut.

Physical description: He stands roughly around 5'11 and weighs close to 180. His light brown eyes sparkles when the sunlight hits them. He is unknownly seen wearing a long black shirt, with a short sleeve t-shirt over that. His pants are usually black(specially when he is torutering someone. You know how hard blood is to get out of blue jeans?) that matches his black shirt. If he ever takes off his shirt(s), the first thing you would notice is the; flesh like wound that is in the center of his chest. The wound is actually where he cut open his chest to get to his instintes and used them as a weapon.

Weapons:

Chain of Mercy: A chain link whip that is control mentally. The whip can extend to the maxium of 200ft. At the end of the whip is a golden tip that is coated in a nerotoxin that will quickly strike at the victim nerves. Along with that, the whip also have the following abilities;
Mana Absorbtion: Absorbs the enegry from the surrounding area, transferring it into useable enegry for the whip.

Whip Lash: A strike that excell the sound barrier. The whip is coated with the enegry absorb through"Mana absorbtion", this way it would tear to shreds from breaking the sound barrier.Using the mental connection with the whip, he will cause it to slash out towards the victim, causing third degree burns.

Serpent's illusion: Release a gas that will cause the opponent to be daze/confuse(if breathe in), making him/her think there is more than one of Fuchs or the whip.

Serpent's Spike: A coat of black armor covers the whip, but in closer expection. The black armor isn't armor, but instead thousands...millions of sharp needles laying flat down against eachother, almost forming scales. Upon release, the needles would release and head towards the opponent. And when they hit they will explode.

Call of the Serpent: Even if the whip isn't near him, he is able to call it to him. Even if it's hundred feet below ground.

Bag of throwing Needles(100+): One inch long the tip of the needle is a barb tip. The barbs lay flat against it, untill stuck into flesh. Inwhich that come out.

Abilities:

Ultimate Rage: Covering any part of his limbs within an aura, he is able to bypass the opponent skin without harming them. And go through to their insides.

Insanity Limb: He is able to use his instines as weapons, without killing him.

Reality Warping: Able to reshape matter and enegry, creater or alter life and matter, turning a person's thoughts or desires into reality. He however can not rewrite the laws of physics.

Shadow Master: Able to control and bend shadows by will.

Shadow Form: A form he is able to take instantly, without raising or lowering his power level. The form resembles that of a feline, just without the flesh. Shadows surround the figure and with protect their "master" in this form. Within this form his speed, agility,ect. increase ten fold.

Cryokinesis: Deceleration of molecules, resulting in objects becoming more cold and proceed towards solidification.
