| A light wind passed through the male's locks, swaying them out a bit in the sunlight. The area was a lush green with leaves and plants brilliantly scattered over the terrain. A seemingly seventeen year old wolf demon with white bangs stepped forth, covering the auric glow of blue rims around brown pupils. He was the entropy of all that was beauty in a male. A gloved hand lay within his pocket, and his left lay dangling by one of his blades. The other two were strapped to his back, complimenting the guns just a few inches away from them. He lifted his head a bit, looking around. The surroundings, though lush with trees, was a plain of sorts. The only tree for a few acres was an island oak looming over a steep fall to sharp rock-induced death at the bottom. From there, your body belonged to the sea. Crimson rays enveloped the wolf male, adding a bit of contrast to his pale complexion. Translucent aura traveled around the creature, keeping his presence known. This was far from welcome, and was accomplished via the subconscious - alot like a number of his other abilities. These techniques were oblivious to him, as they were, again, tucked away within his own subconscious mind. This meant that, in dire need, his body and spirit would act on their own, and remove him from the dangerous situation. | |

| - Letting the end of the blade rub against the ground he silently trudged up the hill towards the battlefield. The red hot blade was charging from his aura, and burned the ground deeply leaving a half splash of ashes in his wake. The cloud of ash that followed behind him from the low breeze threw of the images behind him as he tucked his white robes closer to his form. His armor tucked tightly to his form he was ready for anything as made it to the top of the field where the ground leveled out.
-The man was about 80 feet infront of him, and his green orbs settled over him, and the nekoma sighed. What A blan looking man. His green orbs focused in as his ears, and tail twitched wildly flailing about looking for anything. Eyeing him cautiously he pulled back, and reached for the satchel on his back. Reaching in he pulled out the first scatter shot, and smiled at the other...
" If you give up now, I will not think any less of you. You have great pride, and bravery for coming here alone. Let me introduce myself. The names Angel. It is a pleasure to do battle with you."
-The nekoma pushed in the center button on the scatter shot, and then blinked looking at it. Shaking his head he smiled his aura kicked up, and blazed around him. The white aura blazed like a fire around the nekoma and supressed upon itself. The flame like aura soom cooled, and sparked again folding into layers compressing the power, and concentrating the aura against attacks wether physical or elemental.
-Pressing the button again on the first scatter shot the aura seeped in, and gave the small ball a few secounds of life, and it began to whirl. The chains seeped from the sides of the ball, and the blades began to spin. The aura he had used to charge it made the polarity exteremly unstable, and that is what he had designed it for. The electrons aligned on the first one, and drew it closer to his blade which sat in the ground.
- Picking up his blade the red blade whined with steam from the air, and howled its moean of discontent. Raising the blade to the flat side he pushed the first scatter shot forward, and outwards the blades, and chains still whirling keeping it poised above the ground. However this wasnt the first. Dumping the other eleven out he did all of them at once the process only taking a few seconds he watched the chains, and scatter shots whirl endlessly about him connected to him by his true aura.
- Pushing them out about his form he watched them begin to circle his form as he eyed the other. He watched him studying him as his aura grew, and compressed. He was just waiting watching. He kept his distance and lowered his body to a lower center of gravity, and braced himself. |

| Night could tell. It wasn't hard. The aura around his opponent had formed somewhat of a shield. Then, the opponent had drawn out scatter-shots, or small orbs with spinning blades, and linked them to himself. That would be what Night would use. Slowly he increased the size of his aura, then lowered to the ground. This was done at about the same time the other's first scatter-shot was brought out.
Then, Night lowered his hand to the ground, crouching a bit. It was a waiting stance, and not a good one for dodging - for the normal person. In reality, Night was doing two things. One, he was drawing in the energy from the surroundings. This would prove useful later, as it'd give him a load of excess mana to cast from. The other action being taken was that he was bracing himself for a frontal attack, whether it be by the tentacles of bladed orb-tipped aura, or some other concoction of his opponent's. This was his ideal stance for the moment, if you'd like to call it that.
"Well" he stated, directly after his opponent spoke. "There's this thing, you see... Once I've been challenged, I can't really back down. Like you said it's a pride thing. If you'd like to leave, though, I'd let you, and hold nothing against you." He wasn't mocking intentionally. The wolf had never attained a good sense of sarcasm, and hoped that everyone had a sense of humor as open as his own.
As the opponent brought out the other weapons, Night sighed. His body began to glow a bit, casting a blue aura directly around his frame. The aura was nearly skin-tight, and would serve a good purpose in the future. It was also linked to his subconscious, so if Night didn't realize something that his mind did, it would act off the relayed message.
Then, he stilled, waiting for his opponent's next move. "Ooh! Pretty! he stated at the enemy's shining blades. as Angel brought his sword up. Night lay his ears back, the aura around his body folding to their movement, as the whine was played. This couldn't be seen, however, for the blanket of hair resting over them. "My name is Night, by the way" he added at last.
As all of this proceeded, the wind began to stir a little more. Undoubtedly from his gathering of mana. The energy forced the surroundings to press to the sides a little, causing what seemed to be a gust of wind. It wasn't too strong, but enough to be noticed. A chilling breeze, the energy that was heating the two being concentrated into one place. Night's hand started to glow brightly from the immense temperatures, which he could not feel for his surrounding aura. | |

| ~ the nekoma looked to his opponent, and smiled. As the other was commenting about his sword he nodded his head in agreement, and shook his body silently. His aura pulsed, and reached out, and began siphoning the energy around him, but only form one source. The suns soft rays were allready heating him as he held the blade tight the scatter shots humming mildly within the air.
~ The sunlight increased his aura feeding the allready overlapping condensed mana charging it enriching him. His power source didnt ever stop as it was always present even in night. However this would pose a problem as the other would begin to notice. He moved his hand, and the aura reached out consuming the light infront of him, and with each small movement of the aura compressing, and falling a small gap of darkness was left a void of light that had been.
~ The aura was controlled, and was consuming the light at a rappid rate meaning whenever he moved or the aura it would nearly double the potency of the aura within the limited range of absence. The light would gather, and the aura become brighter growing stronger. However there within came the next problem. The aura and air around him would begin to move waving out what was really happening the molecules of air speeding up rapidly.
~ However the good point was the new aura a temperature point of over a hundred degrees and rising, and within the aura he would be safe as the heat would expand drawing out more air, and killing more oxygen within the air around it. The scatter shots hummed around his body moving wildly, and frequently in odd motions, and spinning rapidly the heat effecting them too.
~ He stood there in his defensive stance, and awaited his opponents attack. He had only spent about thirty seconds doing this so no time was wasted idly pondering..How sad. |
