| Noah's brow would crease thoughtfully at her words. Sarunga seemed to be trying to convince herself, rather than telling him this. Perhaps that is best. Everyone needs a little encouragement, and denial, once in awhile. Their eyes locked, and Noah stared back at her boldly, calmly. Then Sarunga looked away to pick up some type of fur to lay Akiria's head on. Then Noah caught the grunt from Sarunga when she moved, and he blinked once. "You will." Noah said this confidently, as if he knew. She will learn. Then Sarunga turned from him to mess with some packs. There was one with what seemed like a sword in it, and another with ribbons and bows. It seemed funny to Noah that although they are being preyed upon, Sarunga would still carry ribbons and bows with her, for Akiria, he would guess. These are times of war, and yet they still carry goods inefficient for battle. Sarunga picked out a small dagger, then approached his brawny frame. "Trouble for me, or trouble for you?" Noah fixated those blue, blue eyes on Sarunga, as if challenging her with his question. A witty one indeed, Noah is.
Then Sarunga lifted up the edge of her shirt to reveal her waist to him. Noah's eyes traveled down the fine, black scales, then rested at the small of her waist, of which a deep wound existed. The tip is still there. Noah tugged off his gloves, tucking them neatly into the pockets of his denim. The blade hung at Noah's hip seemed to vibrate with energy, transferring it into Noah's body. He felt the power course his veins, and his palms placed lightly against Sarunga's bare back. Fingers stretching out so that the tips grazed against the fine scale, Noah's eyes closed, eyelashes fluttering as it did. "Hold still." Noah had no intention of pulling out the tip of a weapon by his bare hands, or even with use of physical tools. He would use his katana, Jikeidan'in's telekinetic attributes, to jerk the weapon right out of Sarunga's flesh. It wouldn't ease the inevitable pain, of course. It would feel strange for her, to have a piece of metal or some sort to fly out of her by some sort of invisible energy source, but this will do. Blue energy seemed to line the edge of his hands, spreading the warmth into Sarunga's body. With a tug, the piece of weapon that resided inside Sarunga would fly out of her, to float in the air near them.

| “Trouble for both I suspect,” she muttered under her breath as she would lean forward as she would focus her eyes before her. As his palms where placed lightly against her bare back her skin would flinch at the contact as she would turn looking back at him before looking in front of her once more. The feeling of his fingers stretching out over the fine scales her skin would seek to tense with every passing over his finger tips. As instructed to do her body would grow very still her breathing doing little to move her form. The feeling of warmth spreading out into her body would cause much confusion and interest on her part as she was more then a little tempted to look back and see what it was he was doing. Then the tug would come as the piece of the weapon was pulled from her body her teethe would clench together as she let out a low hiss. The tip of her tail would twitch slightly as she would force a couple deep breaths tell it would calm. The piece which was pulled from her that floated in he air would be but a half an inch in length. The wound in which it was pulled would slowly start to bleed producing a milky white colored blood slowly followed by a clear thick liquid before the bleeding would fully stop. “Interesting trick you have,” she spoke as she lowered her shirt before standing as she would walk a couple feet away turning to face him once more as she sat down. “Thank you,” she said though she would be looking off to the side as she spoke it. When it was done though her eyes would turn back to him. “Why? Why is it that you wish to travel with us? You should know that in time you will more then likely end up being hunted as we are now. And removing that mask will not help hide you from them. They remember scents,” |

| Noah noticed how she flinched at his slightest touch, but the warmth that emitted from his palms should be adequate to appease her. The radiant glow calmed her tensed body, and Noah noticed how still she got, as he had told her to do. The piece of weapon slid smooth out of her body, floating in the air. Noah let the piece of metal hit the ground with a thumping noise. Pulling his palms back from Sarunga's back, he took his gloves from his pockets and slipped them on. "It is unfortunate that I have no skills in healing." And that was true. Noah, though a well-to-do fighter, had little abilities in healing. His armor would heal him in battle, but that only proved useful to the wearer. Noah saw the milky white hued blood, then a clear thick liquid replaced it, halting the bleeding. Noah noticed how Sarunga looked away when she thanked him, but he said nothing. A proud woman.
Noah considered her words, sitting dow near the fire, long legs stretched out comfortably. "It seems the thing to do." Noah rarely explained himself. When he wanted to do something, he simply did. It's usually because it feels right to do so. Plus, he's curious as of why people would hunt them. What did they ever do wrong? But then again, people don't have to do something wrong to get punished. Noah stared into the fire quietly, "We live to experience, right? So why not experience when you can?" Noah wanted to experience as much as he can, overcome impediments that most wouldn't be able to. At least by then, he'd know he lived a life worth talking of, a life worth living, indeed. If a life isn't worth living, why live at all, right? Noah is a brooder, a deeper thinker in all aspects. Those blue eyes shifted from the fire, turning to Sarunga, but he said nothing, and only observed her in silence.

| Sarunga's lips would curdle up in a slight smile as she looked back to him. “Not all that unfortunate. In a couple days it will be nothing more then a small scratch. Demons Akiria age are easy to hurt since they have not reached adulthood and grown the things which they do as they age. Adult demons are a lot harder to kill off,” she spoke as she would look to Akiria before turning her eyes back to him. Slowly though her eyes would move from him to the fire as she slowly started to let her body relax more then it had been around him. “Odd way of looking at things,” she said as she brought one hand up brushing back a few locks of white hair as her eyes would continue looking into the fire close by. When his eyes moved to her she would seemingly be unaware of it as her shoulders where slumped slightly, her wings slightly folded against her body. Her tail was warped around her the tip moving slightly. Her eyes would be looking into the fire though she had a stare which looked to be miles away and in another time. The harsh look of a fighter had slowly faded from her face letting it appear much softer. One could almost see that in another time before life had happened she had lived a slightly softer life. Her knees would be pulled up to her chest as her arms crossed over them one of her hands idly playing with the leg of her pants. Then a small yawn would escape her lips as her ears layied down as it slipped out. Pushing herself up her eyes would move back to him and the harsh look of a fighter would return. “I suggest getting some sleep. We tend to eat something for breakfast then head out,” she said before she would move to sit back beside Akiria leaning against the tree. One hand would move down resting on the young ones shoulders before leaning back closing her eyes to rest. |

| She smiled. Noah leaned over, moving his hands near the fire to warm them. His flesh easily obsorbed the flesh, causing the heat to flow along his whole physique. Noah glanced towards Akiria for a moment. She will grow to be strong, then. Turning his hues to Sarunga, he compared their physical appearances. Yes, Akiria will grow to be strong. But will she be as proud and tough? Noah tilted his head, shrugging his broad shoulders slightly at her remark at his way of thinking. Her eyes seemed so far away. What's she thinking of? Noah noticed how she seemed gentler for a few seconds, then the harsh look returns, and she was back in commanding mode. Noah knew he has a domineering air himself, but he wasn't exactly a proud man.
Noah gave a nod at her words, moving to lay on his back. He's used to waking up early, and his senses are quite sharp, espicially since they're in the wilderness and all. Noah's eyes closed, and the flames seemed to dance on its own. Shadows flew across the area at the fire's dance, and noah's thick eyelashes assisted in making a shadow near the bridge of his nose. It almost looked as if an angel perched on his eyelashes, with the curly length of them. Noah lifted his arms, using his strong arms as some sort of pillow to sleep on. Body curling up, his arms covered up his head. His breathing was calm, as if he's asleep, but oh, Noah is still awake. It usually takes him quite some time to sleep, for he's one prone to think over the day, or to a place far away, when he's about to sleep. Noah has long conquered his fear of darkness, but still, being cautious is good.

| Sarunga's breathing was slowing slightly as her hand would continue to rest on the young one. Once more the harsh expression of her face would soften slightly as she would start to relax to sleep. It would seem as though they had indeed picked up another travailing companion. Maybe an hour later her eyes would slowly open as she looked over to him seeing that his eyes where closed and to her he was asleep. Looking back down to Akiria she would slowly stand as she looked over to the one whom was just joining them. Once more walking to her pack she would pull out another fur this one being brown with black splotches as she walked to him standing before him for a few moments. Though soon the fur was spread out and layed over his body as she knew that soon the fire would go out and things would grow colder. Oddly enough she would continue standing there for a few seconds before once more returning to her spot as she leaned back against the tree her wings folding over her body as she once more rested her hand on Akiria's shoulder before fully letting herself fade off to sleep. When the sun would finally peek up over the mountain her eyes once more would flutter open as she let out a small yawn. Her body was sore once more from the fight the day before. Looking back to where she had left the male the night before she would check to see if he was there. A slight yawn would slip out past her lips as her eyes would search him out. |

| Noah eventually fell asleep that night. No dreams haunt him. Lately, dreams have been getting more and more scarce since his departure from the cultural town of Nede. Perhaps that's for the best. He doesn't exactly get good dreams. Noah, though not exactly conscious, felt movement around him. His senses were still dangerously acute, in his sleep. Then something was placed over his body, and Noah felt ... warm. It had been getting coldier, but not by much. But like most nights, it would get colder as the sun went down. Noah's not very fond of the cold, so the warmth provided by the object that laid over his physique satisfied him. He shifted ever so slightly in his sleep, causing his long eyelashes to flutter weakly. His nose twitched some, then stopped. He would need his sleep. Tomorrow's a new day, a new adventure, not to mention that he's with a group of preys. He'd be one too. Energy is necessary for a prey to survive, escape, and perhaps fight back, when the time is right. Survival of the fittest. Noah knew that all too well. These subconscious thoughts flowed smoothly along his complex mind as he slept. Ah', the incredible powers of the human mind. Noah would understand it, for he studied abit of psychology. Eventually, Noah felt the temperatures around him drop, and he slept, allowing morning to approach him. All would be well. | |

| Seeing him still laying there asleep would pull a slight smirk to her lips as she slowly pushed herself up stretching out feeling the injury from the other night pulling on her skin slightly as she would stretch out. Casting one more quick glance to him she would turn heading a little deeper into the woods knowing that this area was rich in wild berries and such. She would be gone for a couple hours and the whole of the time Akiria would be fast sleep curled under a fur which had been placed on her at some point in the night. The gathering had been fruitfully as she returned with at least something to eat in the means of berries and nuts also radding a couple birds nests for eggs. Returning to the camp site she would look to Akiria first seeing her still asleep. It would still be a little while before the young one would awaken which was not unusual. Her eyes though would turn back to him her eyes narrowing slightly though not as harsh as it had been the night before. Slowly walking to the fire she would sit down she would set the assorted nuts and berries beside her before placing a couple logs on the fire and soon enough a small fire would be going once more warming the sand and the eggs which where barred in them. Maybe not the cleanest or most effective way to cook but it would do for their needs. Once more her attention would turn to him as more and more questions would start to run threw her mind as to what he was doing travailing with them. |

| Noah once more, felt movement. Who in the world has the nerve to move around like that when I'm sleeping? Eyelids opening so that those characteristic blue eyes of his darted about furiously, Noah continued to lay there. He noticed Sarunga moving about, then disappeared into the woods. Noah got up, dusting the sand off of his body. Rubbing his palms together to cause friction, Noah once more manipulated the pyrokinesis prowess at his disposal. His palms separated, reaching out towards the dead fire. Flames seemed to lick out from his fingertips, and a fire would burst into life. The heat from the fire warmed his body, and Noah smiled faintly at the comfort it gave him.
Then Sarunga returned, and Noah glanced up towards her. She was walking towards the fire, putting logs in them. .. Well, it is easier to make fire with log. Noah nodded to himself about this, noting how she's not as harsh as she was previously. Noah sat back, watching Sarunga cook. He would see that Sarunga glanced towards Akiiria quite a few times. Symptons of her care for the child. Noah folded his arms over his chest, scooting back until he could recline against a tree. One eye closed, but the one that opened revealed the fine hue of his blue eyes. Noah need not say a word. He would just sit back, relax, and watch Sarunga, analzying her personality from afar. But Noah knew eventually he would have to get a closer glimpse of just how Sarunga is. Observations from afar can't replace experiments up close, of course.

| The next little while would be spent going threw the berries picking stems off some of them and tossing out the ones which where rotten. Since it had just been the two of them she was still use to that being the norm that it would not seem out of place when she would lowly start humming some old song of their people as she worked on sorting them out. Once more her eyes would turn back to the sleeping form after Akiria would let out a small giggle apparently having good dreams. “Lazy child,” she whispered with a soft smile. “Lets hope you stay that way a while longer,” she whispered before returning to her work. As they where separated they where moved into three piles as she would finally cast a glance up at him as her eyes would narrow only slightly as she found him reclining against a tree only being able to make out blue coloring of his eye. “Morning,” she spoke her tone flat though maybe not as cold as it had been the day before. When the work was finished would finally bring her hands up running threw threw her hair brushing back rather carelessly as she rose walking back to her pack. “Since you seem instant apon travailing with us I do request you share more information of yourself,” she said casting a glance back to him as she pull open the mouth of the bag rummaging threw the stuff as she seemed to find what it was she was looking for. This though she would keep it from his sight as she pulled it open while still in the bag. Her brow would frown slightly as she dropped it back in before closing the whole thing. Standing her slender frame seemed to have regained much of its mobility compared to last night. Looking once more to him she would cross her arms over her chest. “I will never ask something with out offering something in return. For every question you answer I shall answer one of yours. Do we have an accord?” |

| Noah was amused as he observed Sarunga in silence. She was moving out and about, as if she's long been used to this. Then she was looking at Akiria, and Noah heard her slight whispers, and saw the soft smile. She cares deeply for Akiria. Would she give her own life to save the child? But then again, Noah knows that children are the future. They manifest the future. If the children are raised well, the future would be swell. The later generations, or as Noah would like to call them, the new blood, would be everyone's future. Watching as Sarunga neatly separated the piles of logs, Noah stretched his stiff fingers. He hadn't moved all night.
Noah blinked upon her statement. What kind of information does she want from me? Noah's eyes lingered on whatever Sarunga seemed to be messing with in her bag. She seems to be healing rather quickly. Noah scratched his head, opening both eyes. His hues seemed to glow slightly, "Sure." Noah shrugged his broad shoulders lightly, "You first." Just what kind of a question would she ask me? Noah trailed the tips of his gloved hands upon the sand, drawing anonymous shapes as his eyes lifted, resting on Sarunga, before descending towards the sand, then back up to her. He was waiting. What did she want to know? It was logical for her to be cautious against him. He would be too, if he was in her place. But some things are rather private, and Noah wouldn't want to answer her in those areas. I know, I'll just not answer her if I find a question that I don't want to reply to. These thoughts continued to flow smoothly, and Noah picked up a handful of sand idly.

| Nodding her head slightly she would sit and was more then willing to wait a little while longer allowing Akiria a rare chance to sleep in. “Alright. Since you spoke of only having to wear your mask for a couple years I would like to know what you did for a living before you found it necessary to hide who you are,” she spoke seemiling already having thought out questions in the short time which they had known one another. Her eyes would shift slightly to see what it was that he was drawing with his fingers before looking back to him. The question she had asked him would tell her much more about him then it would seem. True she would learn what it was he had done before but it would also tell her some of his personality. If he was brash and a risk taker what he had done before would reflect in it. At least that was what she had learned of humans. Leaning forward the only sign of disconcert would be a slight flinch of her eyes as the skin wound it would pull slightly. Her elbow would rest on her knees as she would switch from his blue eyes to see what it was he was doing with his fingertips. Finally back to his eyes. There where many things of this human which had caught her attention. One of them being why he found it necessary to wear a mask to hide himself. Another being his seemingly beyond human abilities which had caught her eye as well. So many things she wished to ask him though she knew for everyone she asked of him she would have to give up some information of herself. Maybe it was her way of guarding herself from getting to close to another even close enough to maybe one day call them friend. After all she was not one to open up to others so his questions would be unconftrable for her to say the least. |

| Noah settled back, folding his hands behind his head as he leaned against the tree. His eyes half-closed, but the blue hue was obviously still visible. She seems to know what to ask. She's been thinking of this for awhile. Noah concluded that either she must be really quick-witted, or just has been thinking on this for awhile. Most likely the latter. That explained what she was thinking of whilst she prepared breakfast and set up the logs. Noah considered her question, allowing one hand to descend, ruining the drawings he had made in the sand before Sarunga could've possibly seen it. He had drawn a pair of eyes, in large sockets. Fiddling with the thick silver ribbon upon his wrist, Noah fixed his gaze upon Sarunga intensely. "I helped people settle into their homes, and I travel." Noah shook his head, causing his silky white hair to hit against the sides of his strong-jaw daintily. He found his answer adequate. He did travel around often, helping people settle into their homes, and he did travel. As for her mistaken assumption about the necessity of his mask, Noah would make no remark. The mask was simply convenient when he first wore it, not utterly necessary.
My turn. Noah had used a part of his consciousness to focus on finding a question for her before he gave her his answer. "Why is it that you and Akeria are being hunted?" Noah glanced towards Akeria. He wanted to hear the story, but if Sarunga won't offer it to him freely, he would buy it with his questions. Pulling up his knees, Noah rests an elbow upon them.

| She would sit there her arms crossed over her chest as she continued looking into those blue orbs a slight smirk playing on her lips as she wanted to see what it was his answer would be. Though when the answer would come she would find herself sorely with out much more information then what she had started out with. Her eyes would narrow only slightly as the annoyance would settle into the back of her mind. When his question would come her eyes would narrow a little more as she continued searching those blue eyes. Figures that would be the question he would choice first. Annoying human. Slowly though those full pale lips would curdle up to a smirk once more. “My eldest brother wants to use Akiria as a weapon to win the war,” she said. If he would give her no more information then he had then she would do the same. That would be all that she would say as she slowly stood one hand tucking some of her long white hair behind her ear as she looked to him. With out another word she would turn walking to the still sleeping figure kneeling down shaking the small body before it would stretch out letting out a small yawn. “Five more minutes,” Akiria would mutter slightly before turning over pulling the blanket over her. Sarunga would only roll her eyes slightly before Going back to check on the eggs which where only half done at the time. Sitting before the fire she would lean forward looking back to him as she was working on picking out which question she would ask him next. “What would be the one thing you would ask for if you could be given anything in this world?” While he was more interested in her history she was more interested in the personality which rested under the skin for obvious reasons. |

| Noah felt her excitement, the build-up as she waited for his answer. And then when his answer came, Sarunga's eyes would narrow, symptons of her annoyance, and the inadequacy of his reply. Noah felt her staring into those blue eyes of his, and he stared right back. His eyes were deep, like the ocean, though they had a piercing edge to them. Noah took in each word of her reply to his question, weighing each word meticulously. So it seems the oldest brother wants to use the child to win a war. Why the child, though? Why not Sarunga? And from her words, saying that it's the eldest brother, are there more siblings? Out of her seemingly simple reply, Noah got a load of clues, but even more questions were provoked. But then again, that's how most things are. The more you have, the more you want. It's never enough.
Noah stretched out his legs again as Sarunga got up to check on the eggs and Akiria. Such care for the child. Noah dropped the handful of sand back against the ground, glancing up when she asked the next question. What do I want if I could have anything in the world? Noah considered this. He could have all the money he wanted, all the power ... But what am I going to do with all that power? Noah shrugged those muscular shoulders slightly, "I'd want to rest." And perhaps that's true. Throughout his lifetime, Noah's never really had a chance to rest, to retire and enjoy what he has. Perhaps death is the only true resting place. Until then, Noah's time isn't over yet, and so he will continue on. "What do you want most, out of anything in this world?" Noah knew his own answer to that question was pretty vague for the petty, simple mind to understand, but oh well. How would she reply, I wonder?

| His answer would be one she was all to familiar with. At one time that was what she had wanted. To have a chance to lay down her weapons and try living life as a normal creature would. But that was not to happen. Life and things around her always had a way of making sure that didn't happen. When her own question was turned back to her head would raise a couple locks of fine white hair playing over her pale features. Sitting up once more her arms would cross over her chest as she thought of it for a little. There where many things she would ask for. The past to be undone, deaths to be erased but she had long since come to the decision that changing those would not change how things where now. Only delay its coming. Slowly though her mind would come to rest on one thing which she had wished for many times. Her head would slowly tilt off to the side as she continued thinking of this one thing a slightly odd reaction would come from her. The area of skin above her cheek bones would turn slightly darker then the rest of the skin on her face. Slowly her eyes closed the dark red coloring hidden behind long dark lashes. “Of all the things this world has to offer there is only one thing I would want. I want a place where there are no more walls,” she spoked knowing that it would be probably be hard for someone to find the hidden meaning in her words but that was what she liked about it. The odd reaction of her cheeks would die down as her eyes would slowly open as she looked back to him. She would need some time to think of something else that she could ask of him. “If you wish to ask something you may go ahead. I have asked my questions for today,” |

| Noah lifted a hand, twirling a strand of silky white hair with his index finger. The hair caught the light from the flames, seeming to turn to a shining silver. His eyes were closely fixated upon Sarunga's expression, noticing how she would play idly with her hair as she thought. Noah knew body-language well. Then Sarunga's head would tilt to the side, and some sort of color crept across her face, right above her cheek-bones. Is that a blush? Noah was unfamiliar with her species' reactions, though he figured they'd be very similar to humans. Is she blushing? Noah tugged his brows together at her words. A place with no walls. Could it mean she doesn't want a place where she has to keep her barriers around herself up, to act tough? Noah thought that'd be logical. No matter how tough a woman appears, a part of her would, or did, wish for a man to lean on, to have a shoulder to cry on. Noah nodded slightly, noticing the color on her cheeks dying away. Alas, she looked back to him.
Noah shook his head, "My questions end for now. We will continue when you have something." Noah pushed a palm against the sand, bouncing off the ground, onto his feet. Noah is agile, and physically fit. He glanced towards Akiria, "Breakfast, and then we go." Reaching up a hand to adjust his mask some, he stretched, feeling the tight muscles along his body ripple with the slightest movements. Dusting the sand off of his pants, Noah fixed his eyes back onto Sarunga, waiting for a cue 'till when breakfast would start.

| Nodding her head slightly as he said that for now his questions would end as well as she looked back to him. Only a slight nod of her head would come as he mentioned that they would continue when she would have something more to ask him. Watching as he bounced off the ground she would only roll her eyes slightly as she would lay back slightly once more shaking Akiria to wake her. Once more the four year old would roll over asking for five more minutes though this time it wouldn't happen as Sarunga would slide one hand under the furs wrapping around the young ones waist pulling her out from under the firs and beside her. Picking Akiria up she would place her in her lap as it would seem that this was somewhat of a morning routine for them. Akiria would still be mostly asleep as she lay there eyes hardly open. Her mouth opening with a small yawn. Reaching out Sarunga would grab the young ones wrists softly moving her arms up and down then in a slightly more circular motion. “Come on you have sleep long enough. Time to wake up,” She said letting Akiria's arms drop as the five year would let out a small yawn her hands coming up to rub her eyes. Sarunga's hand would come up ruffling Akiria's hair as she would giggle slightly. Finally Sarunga would tilt her head back as she looked into Akiria's eyes. “Are we awake now?” she asked her claw like fingers softly playing with Akiria's scalp. “A little,” Akiria said as one more yawn would come as she looked up to her aunt. Sarunga would let her go as she leaned forward digging the eggs from the ground diving them and the berries between everyone. |

| Noah reached up, brushing against the nearest branch with his fingertips. He's not all that tall, but he can still touch the branches to a tree. He continued to stand there, observing Sarunga in amused silence. As tough as she is, she seems so gentle, and almost at the little girl's disposal, like a parent. Noah never had a parent when he was at Akiria's age. .. Well, he did, but he didn't really consider them sufficient for parents. Noah's never seen that side of Sarunga before. So playful, almost young. Then Noah thought back to her answer to his question earlier. She wants to be able to lean against someone, and know everything would be alright. Noah knew that to be true. How unfortunate it is that such is hard to find nowadays. Noah moved closer to the fire, stretching out his hands to feel the heat against his flesh through the comfortable gloves.
"Where're we going after we eat?" Noah was meaning what direction. First he glanced north, then south, then west, then east. Which direction? Noah stuck the tip of his boots into the sand, then tugged it out easily. He was getting hungry, and the eggs looked good. Flexing his fingers, Noah walked closer to Akiria, "Good mornin'." Noah has a soft-spot for kids. He trusts them much more than he trusts most adults, though, that isn't exactly alot of trust. He barely trust people in general, period. "Did you sleep well?" Noah cocked his head to the side, then allowed his eyes to move smoothly towards Sarunga, and the food. Mmm, smells good.

| Her head would tilt up looking back at him with a slight smirk on her lips. “She will pick the direction after we manage to wake her up, “ Sarunga spoke which would pull a slight scowl from Akiria's lips as she looked up to her. Akiria would lift her head smiling up to him. “Good morning,” she said as she would reach forward pulling up the piece of cloth which held one of the eggs and some of the berries as she held it up to him. “I slept alright. Did you sleep well?” she asked as Sarunga's eyes would raise in time to meet his as she stared blankly at him for a few moments before she would move from him to the food which had been set aside for her. Cracking the egg she would quickly discard the shell before taking a bite. Chewing it she would swallow before turning her attention back to Akiria. “Jike will be travailing with us for a little,” Sarunga said before finishing off the last of the egg in one bite. She was hungry considering she had not eaten the night before. The berries would quickly be started in on as Akiria would still be peeling the shell from her egg. “Yes I told you someone would be joining us, Why do you always not believe me” Akiria said finally pealing the last of the shell from the egg before taking a bite. Sarunga would let out a small sigh as she popped another berry in her mouth. “Because your not your mother,” she said softly her voice wavering slightly. For there it would seem the two of them where content to sit in silence unless he had something to say. |

| Noah considered just how wise it would be to let a child pick the direction they would be headin' towards. How good is her sense of direction? Aenied's a big chunk of land. Noah nodded at Akiria when she told him good morning, taking the egg that was offered to him. He pressed down lightly on the egg with a finger, causing it to crack. He started to peel off the shell. Discarding the shell as he watched Sarunga and Akiria, he lifted the egg to his lips. Noah nodded once more. He noticed how they would talk to each other, so casual and close. He missed the feeling. Then Sarunga's voice wavered. Why? Noah took a bite of the egg, chewing, then swallowing.
Noah was quiet, then alas spoke up to break the silence. "So, what direction do you think we'd be going, Akiria?" Noah brushed the hair from his eyes, fixating his hues upon Akiria's body. He thought once again, to the east, west, north, or south? Noah put his hands near the flame once more, letting the heat seep into his hands. He glanced every few seconds to Akiria. It seems Sarunga is only tough and hostile towards enemies, and strangers. Noah could tell by the way she acted around Akiria. They're so close to each other. Noah thought back to his more permanent home, in Nede. He missed his home, suddenly. He missed his family .. Noah shook himself of the thoughts, and focused on the present, and task at hand.

| Akiria would seem to eat as quickly as Sarunga as it wouldn't take the two of them long to polish off their food. Sarunga would lean back letting out a slightly contented sigh and Akiria wouldn't be far behind her leaning back against Sarunga. When he asked that question Sarunga would let out a small sigh as her body would shift slightly one hand coming up to softly rub the top of her head. “Alright Akiria are you ready?” she asked softly as she looked to the young one which rested in her lap. Akiria's head would tilt slightly as she looked up to her nodding her head slightly. Akiria would crawl off her aunts lap as she moved beside her. Sarunga would case one weary glance to him before watching Akiria. By now Akiria would be sitting in a style which looked as though she where meditating. The energy around Akiria would suddenly seem to dance and tho those who where sensitive to it the threads of time would be seem to move slightly. Akiria's eyes would open slightly though this time there would be no pupils or the normal amber coloring. Rather this time they where pure white. She would sit like this for a while as the energy around her would continue to move and shift. Sarunga would only take her eyes off of Akiria long enough to cast one glance back to him. It wasn't until Akiria started to speak that her eyes would turn back to the young one. “North. Lands lock in ice...our lives will end on the snowy fields.....South....his armies lay in wait.....our lives end at the edge of the sword.....to the east a hardship yet unseen......the west is the way,” she spoke her voice shifting slightly as her eyes would close as the energy would fade away. When Akiria would open her eyes again they would be back to normal. Her arms would move out as she let out a loud yawn her eyes going half lidded. “Auntie I'm sleepy again,” she said rubbing her eyes. Sarunga would nod her head slightly. “Go ahead and lay back down. We will be go ahead and sleep on threw,” |

| Noah turned his body, facing Akiria and Sarunga as they conversed. Akiria was getting into a meditating position. Noah felt his body tingle slightly, as energy flowed about around him. Mana? The tips of Noah's fingers twitched slightly, continuing to feel the power course through his body, and Akiria. Then Akiria's eyes opened, and her eyes were .. kind of strange. No pupils, or coloring. Wicked. It seems as if Akiria had some sort of precognition, or ability to see far away, in the physical sense. Noah's heard of that prowess. Apparently, the north isn't a good place. I don't reanny want to die in a snowy field, no matter how beautiful it'd be. Indeed, Noah has an eye for beauty, not that he'd really admit it to anyone.[/i]South .. An army is waiting. The predator is strong and great in numbers, then.[/i] Noah considered the east. [/i]The east would be unexpected. Is the risk worth taking?[/i] But if Akiria can't see fully the dangers of the east, it might mean her powers are limited in some way. The west! Noah's fingers stopped twitching. Then that is why the brother wanted to harness her power. She's some sort of seer.
Noah stepped towards Sarunga, standing about a foot behind her. So, Akiria gets tired after each vision. Noah tucked his hands neatly into the pockets of his denim, glancing around them before he said quietly to Sarunga, "So that's why they wanted her." It wasn't exactly a question, just a statement.

| Standing Sarunga would reach down dusting off her clothing as she watched Akiria crawling up and curriling up on one of the furs. It wouldn't be long before she was fast asleep. Sarunga would only tilt her head slightly to look back at him feeling him standing to what would be to her very close. At first she would only give a slight nod of her head as one hand would come up brushing some hair behind her ear. “Its the main reason though not the only one,” she said turning so that her side would be facing him. “If you where trying to eliminate all races which you saw as lesser creatures wouldn't you wish something which would see what was going to happen?” she asked though the answer would be more then apparent. Turning she would set to work taking the canvas down folding it and storing it away in her pack which seemed to be holding more then a pack its size should. All the while she would talk to him. “Now you see why we run,” she said hating the sound of that word. Running. It to her would make them sound like they where cowards. “Things as you can guess are a little more complicated then my brother wanting to use her to eliminate all the races he sees as inadequate,” she said as she would cast one glance to him. It seemed since that dark day that everything in their lives had become complex. In many days she missed the times when her life was nothing more then fulfilling her duty and protecting her people. Something which she missed deeply now. For a few small seconds the missing of that time would show in her eyes though when she blinked it would be gone once more. “And this is what you are wanting to get yourself in the middle of,” she said folding the last canvas tarp as she looked back to him. “Standing in the shrinking middle ground between a madman with his army and a those who are trying to stop him. It's not the safest place in the world to be. Now that you know....if you wish to leave there would be no dishonor,” she said pulling open her pack to put the canvas in as though his choice would mean little to her. |

| Noah idly brushed away sand off his denim with those nimble fingers of his. Akiria is tired. Then Noah felt movement, and saw Sarunga tilt her head aside. What other reason is there? His eyes squinted lightly in thought, then Sarunga had turned to face him, so his head tilted upwards slightly. "I wouldn't be so foolish as to try to eliminate all inferior races." Those thick brows tugged together in thought, then furrowed in a slight frown. Then Sarunga had turned away from him to fold her canvas, as if to fix something inside. Run. Run. Run. Sometimes thoughts would bounce around Noah's head when he's trying to find a more philosophical meaning for it. Running sounds cowardly, and yet in this case it is not. The world isn't so black and white. Hooking his index digit into one of the loops of his denim, Noah glanced back to Sarunga questioningly. Something like nostalgic'ness for her home showed in the depths of Sarunga's eyes, and Noah caught it. He sees alot.
Is she trying to scare me away? Noah shrugged lightly, "Your motives might be grand, but your actions seem flawed. A prey is a prey until the predator is striked down." Noah paused, "I was taught to believe that honour is life.Without honour, there is no life." And indeed, Noah believed it. Strong of character, is what could describe Noah. Brushing tendrils of white hair aside, Noah blinked those great blue eyes, "So what'll you do?" To Noah, it seemed like Sarunga had no idea. She seems to just want to survive each day. But in reality, that is inadequate. Even the prey tires out eventually. The predator will not as easily.
