Noah led Rhian into Eclipse after pushing open the door. He watched as Rhian walked in, brushing her hands over the top of the tables. Noah glanced about for the owner, calling out, "Teanna?" He leaned against the wall, tucking his hands into his pockets. Where did Teanna go? Noah noted that a few tables were occupied, so Teanna must be here. No one else works here but her. Noah knows how hard Teanna works here throughout the day, so perhaps Rhian could assist.

A few people waved to Noah, as an obvious sign that they know of him. Well, of course they would. He's here as often as he could be; actually, he lives here. Noah bowed his head, brushing strands of silver hair from his dark eyes. He continued to wait, tapping his fingertip lightly against the wall of the building.

"Teanna?"

*Rhian looked at you and knew of whom you were yelling for. She looked around at the occupants before walking a bit farther back away from all of the commotion. She stopped infront of some antigues on the wall. It was a rather dark sort of restaurant but cozy*

-Teanna came out of the kitchen holding four plates of food. She'd gotten quite accustomed to the busy lunches at Eclipse, and to carrying so many plates on her arms. "Yes, yes hold your bloody horses!" Teanna exclaimed as she quickly moved towards the table. She had thought the person speaking to her was a customer. After placing the plates on the tables, Teanna turned and blinked as she saw Noah. "Oh dear, I'm sorry. I thought you were another customer." Teanna then turned her head and looked at the girl beside him. A strange face in her restaurant. Someone she hadn't seen before.

"Bloody lights! Noah could you call a technician please, love?" Teanna hissed as she looked up to the ceiling, noting that the reason the restaurant seemed so gloomy, was because of the lack of lights. She'd been to busy to notice it until now. "How may I help you?" Her attention then turned to the girl that stood beside him, once more.-

Noah twitched his lips in amusement at Teanna, who came out of the kitchen and started her exclamations. He cocked an eyebrow, seemingly to become more friendly, and overall less stern in her presence. Noah seems a different man. He glanced up to the lights, and gave a nod. He would have to check about the lights later. Noah stepped up to Teanna, and he grasped her lightly by the elbow, digits curling.

"This is Rhian. Maybe she can help you around the restaurant abit." Noah turned to Rhian, nodding to Teanna, "This is Teanna. She's the owner of Eclipse." Noah's hand curved along the shape of Teanna's arm, hand grasping hers lightly, interwining.

*She nodded seeing how he was attracted to her and bowed.*"I hope I can be of some service. I wont ask for much I promise. And I will do any task you ask of me."*she lowered her head in respect hoping she would say yes, to having her here. When she looked down she saw her clothes were very wrinkled from the drying naturally.

I am a hard worker and I wont disappoint you."If she was accepted to work here. This would be her first real job*

-Teanna burst out laughing as she looked at the girl. "Rhian...Rhian right?" Teanna turned her head to look at Noah for confirmation, then looked back at her. "This isn't a jail. I don't need your fancy words and pleas to work here. Trust me, I need help. Look around you, do you think you can work with this many people? Because as I see it, I should be the one begging you to work here." Teanna winked and snickered softly. "It's a nightmare."

Teanna then looked up to Noah and smiled in thanks for having brought the girl to her restaurant. It was very true, she did need help. But all people who wanted to work with her, shied away at the sight of the crowd.-

Noah perked a brow at Rhian's words, then turned his head to watch Teanna's reaction. He paid her the utmost attention. It's always been that way. In her presence, Noah only has eyes for her. Her words're no surprise to him. Noah knows Teanna to be bold and out-spoken, traits in her that he found invaluable. Charisma. Noah lightly squeezed Teanna's hand when she turned to smile at him. He's not one to show much affection in public, for he's rather awkward around others.

"So what should Rhian do first?" Noah turned to glance to Rhian briefly, before his eyes would stray back to Teanna. He can't help it! There's just ... something about her that mesmerizes him.

*Rhian looked up at them and smiled. They were cute together. She took a step back and turned looking at all the people knowing this would be a good place to work. Always busy. Just the way she liked it. She turned back to them. "Anything..."is all she said. She kind of felt a bit out of place in their presence. It should be them two alone. She walked to the kitchen looking around at the appliances. *

*she turned on the faucet letting the water run*

-Teanna grinned as she looked up to Noah "Did you cause any car crashes, you know, any women fainting on the side-walk at the sight of you?" She snickered and slipped away from him, but not before placing a kiss on his cheek. She was just teasing him. She loved doing that. It was loads of fun. Teanna then walked after Rhian, watching her intently. It wasn't a matter of distrust, it was just the fact that the girl didn't know where Teanna had placed everything, and therefore could cause some trouble. She smiled softly as she watched her by the sink. "So, what can you do?"

Noah laughed, grinning at her with lifted brows at her remark. "That would be highly unfortunate, dearest." Noah strolled into the kitchen after Teanna, moving to stand behind her, slightly in the shadows. He was silent, hands clasped behind his back as he watched. He sensed Rhian's curiousity at the things in the kitchen, but even he hesitated to get in here. Noah has little talent with cooking, so he never really bothered. His eyes caught each movement, gesture, and expression, and so he chose to remain quiet in analysis.

*She looked at Teeana and turned the faucet off.*"cook and serve...."*There really wasnt much she could say she wasnt sure of what to say. She tucked her hair behind her ears a bit nervous. The kitchen amazed her. There were so many pots and pans. It was the biggest kitchen she had ever seen.*

-Teanna smiled to Noah before she looked back at Rhian. "Cook and serve. Well, what can you cook? Give me a desert, main dish, and side dish name. Then I will be pleased." Teanna pressed her hands against one of the counter tops and she lifted herself up, sitting on it. Her legs swung back and forth as she watched Rhian. "Actually, even better. Tell me them, and cook them. I'll tell you where everything is." She grinned, yes, that would be a perfect test. It would be very easy to determine the girl's skills with such a test.-

Noah folded his arms across his chest, stepping up to stand beside Teanna. He pulled himself up, sitting on the countertop aswell. Noah, being heavier and bulkier than Teanna, would take up more space at the counter, but the amount of room he got was adequate. He said nothing. Noah intends Rhian to do as best she can, and Teanna her fairly. He knows enough of Teanna's character to know she would. If Rhian is unsuccessful, he would try to help her to another place.

*Rhian thought for a moment*"For dessert chocolate swirl cheesecake for a main dish five cheese ziti with a pinch or parsley around the outside and for the side dish Sicilian Scampi."*out of all she knew to cook these were some of her favorites. She looked to Teanna than to Naosh. Hoping what she said was okay. What if she suggested the wrong things. Millions of thoughts ran throuogh her mind*

-Teanna grinned and clapped her hands in approval. "OOH! I'm so excited." She then jumped off of the counter top and extended one of her hands towards the girl. "Welcome to Eclipse. We now need a uniform. And, how about you make that for dinner? For now, I need 12 double-chocolate muffins and a sugar and rice pudding. Simple." Teanna pulled out the necessary ingredients, followed by the mixer, pot for the sugar, and the baking pans for the muffins. Teanna turned her head and she looked at Noah. "Do you think you can watch over Rhian while I go fetch Bella and Noah from pre-school?"

She leaned up and pressed a kiss against his cheek, then turned back towards Rhian. "12 muffins, and one sugar rice pudding. Well...sweet-rice pudding. You can do any filling you'd like." She then smiled at the both of them and turned away, walking out of the kitchen. She grabbed the keys for their car and walked out. She'd be back by the time Rhian would finish the cooking. But she did have to pick up the kids.-

Noah chuckled at Teanna's enthusiasm, lifting a single eyebrow as she pulled out the ingredients. He has no idea how anyone can keep up with so many cooking tools. But then again, how did he keep up with so many people when he worked in the council? Same foundation, different details. Noah gave a curt nod of his head, and gave a brief embrace to Teanna as she kissed him upon the cheek. "Tell them I said hi." He grinned, and watched as Teanna walked off, away to get their kids.

Than Noah turned back to Rhian, "Godspeed." Noah knows Teanna to be fair, but honest. He respects her for that, so he trusts Teanna can take good care of this situation. He slipped off the counter, and leaned against the wall, hands tucked into his pockets.

"What kind of filling will you have?"

*Rhian put her hair up in a ponytail and started with the muffins. She didnt bother answering Noah as she was in the mindset to work. As quickly she could she mixed up the ingredients making sure they were the right amount. After 10 minutes she had 5 bowls of batter. Most of them only full enough to make 3 muffins. She filled the pan and put it in the oven. Now it was the time to make the pudding. Just hearing the name of the pudding made her squirm. It did not sound remotely appealing. So she added a few ingredients of her own. Nothing major just a pinch of flavor here and there. After another few minutes one was done. She grabbed the pan out of the oven, careful to remove the muffins. Now was her favorite part of cooking, decorating. She searched the kitchen not to make a mess, she looked for something to decorate her desserts. She took what she could find the muffins now on a large plate each neatly sat. She found some chocolate syrup and poured some in a cup. Not too much because she wouldnt use alot. With a toothpick she drew swirls on the plate just to spruce it up a bit. The pudding was in a bowl bowl fixed up on its own. Once done she started to make her main dish and side dish. Two large plates for Noah and Teanna.

Noah glanced to the large plates for himself and Teanna, and creased his brows thoughtfully. Teanna, having such a small appetite and petite body, would not be able to eat much. But Noah has no doubt that she would be able to have an adequate amount to test Rhian. Now that he thinks about it, it's so naturally for him. When something involves Teanna, he can easily think up how it would fit for her. It could be from having lived with her for so long. He's even had kids with her. Life is as fine as he could ever wish for it to be.

Noah pulled himself back ontop of a counter, and tilted his head. He stretched out his fingers idly, then curled down. He's pretty bored, with just sitting around. Teanna rarely let him into the kitchen, since he's so clumsy inside. Noah smiled at the memories, and ruffled his hair with his fingertips. Rhian would speak to him when she's ready to. For now, Noah shalt not interrupt her.

*It was starting to get very hot in the kitchen, her eyes kept looking up at Noah. "Hope you guys like this."*she finished the main dish by puring a cheese ontop, the other chesses already baked with the noodles. She didnt know if she should make the dessert yet but she made the crust for the cheese cake and put in the filling mixing in the chocolate syrup. Swirling it around with the toothpick. She put it in the fridge letting it set. All her dirty dishes were put in the sink, where she proceeded to clean them.

-The car was heard as it pulled up by the restaurant. Teanna opened the door and walked out, the two children following her. Noah ran up ahead and tried to open the large wooden doors of Eclipse, sadly he couldn't reach the door knob. He pouted and stared at it for a long time. Teanna smiled and opened the door, then pulled her children inside. The customers shouted a few welcomes and waved at the children. "Daddy's in the kitchen." Teanna smiled and watched as Bella and Noah ran to the kitchen, screaming and laughing to make their presence known.

"MM! It smells good, Rhian." Teanna spoke as she approached the kitchen.-

Noah laughed aloud as soon as he heard his kid's screams and laughter. He slid off the counter, turning as the kids ran in. Little Noah and Bella rushed in, hugging his legs. He stroked their heads, running his fingers first through Noah's dark brown hair, then Bella's grey light-brown hair. He smiled, lifting them both off the ground, and against his chest. He turned to Teanna, nodding his head at her return, "Welcome back." His arms were around his kid's waists, holding them firmly, but lightly, against him.

Noah whispered against his kid's ears, asking about their day, about the teachers, their friends. They answered him in high-pitched, excited voices. Noah stepped back, into the background as to allow Teanna to talk to Rhian.

*Rhian scrubbed a few pans in the sinks trying to get the burnt grease off of them. It definitely looked easier than it really was. She had to be scrubbing those pans for hours it seemed. The sink was was a dark gray almost black from the chocolate syrup and the other burnt food. She had tired herself out a bit from cooking so much it just half an hour. But where she used to live, that was what she was called upon to do. Sometimes it was more food than this. There was at least a hundred guests at one time. This was a piece of cake compared to those days. She smiled seeing the two little kids but decided it was best to stay out of the way. The sink was covered in bubbles from the dish soap and her hands were pruned and also white from ll of the bubbles. This was what she missed the most. No matter what kkind of day she had, if she began to cook, all her troubles seemed to disappear.*

-Teanna smiled as she watched Noah with their children. He was a good father. Despite all the fears in the beginning, all the troubles, worries, he was a wonderful father, and a wonderful lover. They had been so very happy together. Teanna then turned to Rhian and sighed. "Rhian, you must learn something here." She moved closer to the young woman and the sink, and then she turned the knobs, turning off the water that poured into the sink. She grabbed Rhian's hands and pulled them out of the sink, making her drop whatever she had been holding. Teanna then took one of the towels that were aligned by the stove beside her, and quickly dried her hands. "Here we work, we cook, we clean. Obviously. But most of all, enjoy the company of each other, we enjoy laughter, we enjoy fun, and we do not enjoy working until our skin looks like it could peel off!"

Teanna lifted Rhian's hands and shook her head. "I appreciate your hard work, and it smells a-m-a-z-i-n-g. But take it easy, please?" She didn't much care about the girl's background, or what had lead her to be such a hard worker. All that Teanna cared about was pleasing the customers, and nobody was pleased if Rhian would just stand there in the kitchen, doing dishes. That's why Teanna had bought a dishwasher, which she was now pointing at. "Now, I don't believe you've met my kids." Teanna approached Noah and lifted Bella from him, holding her tightly against her. "This is Bella." The little girl lifted her hand up and tilted her head to a side, her hair bouncing around as her pigtails had come undone. Her dark turquoise eyes stared right at Rhian, as though examining her or something. She then laughed and waved her hand. "HY!"

Teanna then pointed at the child Noah was holding. "And that's...little Noah. Sadly, when I say Noah, they both rush in. It's becoming a bit of a nuisance." The boy didn't even turn to look at her, he was far too busy explaining every tiny detail of his day to his father. Bella though, curiously, crawled over the counter and towards the perfectly shaped muffins.-

Noah glanced over every once in awhile as Teanna spoke to Rhian, but he made sure to listen to enough of each sentence from his kids to know what they're talking about. They can't accuse him of not listening, because .. he kind of is. Noah rarely ever got to watch Teanna talk to others, outside of their close-knit family. Whenever he did before, she'd be yelling at her customers. To him, Teanna seems firm, and fair. He like that. So it seems Noah has found something else to love about Teanna. Sharp tongued as always. But bold, so very bold. I like it.

Noah released Bella when Teanna reached over to take her off his friends. His eyes followed Bella, obvious tenderness in his dark hues. He has been living with Teanna shortly before they were born. It's been awhile now. Noah smiled faintly; Bella, as he suspected months ago, looks more like Teanna than himself. Little Noah, on the other hand, looks more like Noah than Teanna. Little Noah has dark brown hair, which is rather close to Noah's hair, which used to be black. They have the same brown eyes, except little Noah's are lighter. The same depthless, honest eyes. But the difference is probably that little Noah's eyes are so .. melancholy and serene.

Noah grinned at Teanna's remark, "We can't help it that we have the same name." He looks so much younger whenever he smiles, which is quite often now that he's around Teanna. Noah's usually so stern. He placed little Noah on the counter near Bella, cocking a brow teasingly at Teanna.

*She watched the two talk and nodded. Listening to Teanna's words.*"I do not know how to take it any easier. This is very easy to me."*She looked around and watched Bella say hi to her and she smiled nodding saying a soft "hello." Then she watched as Bella went for the muffins. She didnt want to stop her in fear these were for them, then again shes not one to tell people no. Unless she got extremely stressed out then well lets just say its best not to be near here. Its best not to be in the same building as her. When she got stressed she got furious and when she got furious, nothing was safe near her. Wuietly she sat watching the two and the little ones. In a way she felt like she was coming into a scared place, a family of sacred value. It just seemed that way. She couldnt explain it but it was. She looked down at her hands and felt along the rigids in her hands feeling the bones. Her hands looked so old compared to age of only 21. She uses her hands so much, if you were far away you would swear it looked like her hands could break off*
