| Traveling around the Magnus University for the past week or so provided little for nourishment to the young William, as to having heard word of the restaurant, he decided to make a side trip from his dwellings of the university. After having met up with two unfamiliar of the school, William went on to his dorm for a change of clothes, a baggy set of jeans, T-shirt, and his ornamental hemp necklace with alternating hemp knots to orange beads.
Stepping lightly through the doors of Eclipse, Williams eyes would bounce here to there, a sudden sense of formality befalling him, wondering if he should have come dressed in anything else particularly formal. Not sure if he should just seat himself or not, William would just stand on the inside, awaiting his two new acquaintances for now, the vampire girl Grim and odd child of Ken. Leaning against a side post, Will could only imagine why they were not here yet anyway.

| Ken stalked closely after William. The man had intrigued him with his arrogant, but not unpleasant thoughts and mannerisms. The diminuitive anatomy of Ken's stalked into Eclipse, standing directly behind William. Wide pools, like those of the blood-red moon, swept eagerly about the area. His acute discernment showed him tables occupied by patrons, and the delicious food upon their plates. A fine restaurant indeed! Ken took a single step forward, to appear beside William.
They had come from the Magnus University, and upon William's hints that the food there didn't meet his criteria of sufficiency, they decided to come here. Thoughts of some of the customers bounced against Ken, and within minutes he was able to deduct that the owner is a woman. Quite pretty a woman at that. Ken felt his mouth watering at the scents wafting from nearby tables, appealing to his senses and notions of good food.
"Mmmm. I'm hungry." | |

| -Teanna had been cooking the whole day. A day spent on nothing basically, despite her enjoyment of said activity. Today had been strangely busy, but yet again it was a weekend, and dinner time. Most families adored dining out during the weekend. Hearing the door open, Teanna gave an exasperated sigh and grabbed a few more menus on her way out of the kitchen. Sadly, she happened to bump into a table on which she kept a few clean plates, and as expected, they slid over, fell and broke. Teanna hissed and cussed, then kicked the broken plates under the table. She moved over to where the strangers were standing. "New faces..." She thought. She'd started getting used to the new-comers, but it was still much of a surprise.
"Hy, welcome to Eclipse. Please follow me." She felt a bit embarrassed by the fact that they had to wait before she finally made her appearance, but her helper wasn't on duty and she had plenty of things to do. Teanna lead the two men to a small table against the wall, and strangely, despite the fact that it was the 'smallest' table there, it was a table of 6. Most families that came to eat there were much larger, so all small groups were seated at such tables. Teanna placed the menus down in front of them, and pulled a notepad from her jeans' pocket, and a pen.
"Would you like anything to drink for starters?" She looked at one man, and then the other. Teanna had found jeans to be much more comfortable than her usual dresses. But she still disliked the unisex tops she was forced to wear. She was wearing a checkered dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up and buttons undone, and a red tank top underneath that. The tank top was much more feminine, but still, unisex clothing. Men had tank tops too, they just weren't called tank tops. Teanna smiled softly at the two strangers, unable to shake the excitement out of her. Her restaurant was finally popular.- |

| "Tea for me, please." Grim appeared out of seemingly nowhere on one end of the table that was being waited on my the waitress, Teanna. She sat politely in the corner, back to the wall facing out, wondering if Ken and William were going to sit down, too. She gave the waitress a small, kind smile, already enjoying the place. It issued a kind air, buzzing with customers. Grim didn't mind the noise. She welcomed it, however, letting thoughts flow through her head instead of her normal ritual of blocking out the different mind-speak. She had a strange feeling deep in her body, a flower slow to bloom the feeling of welcomeness and uniqueness, a feeling she could defidantly deal with.
The thoughts came through, drifting in and out of hunger, warmth, and a system of regularity. Perhaps she could fit in here. no one seemed to notice her being, no one staring in wonder, fear, or anger. The thoughts continued to flow, and she did nothing to stop them. It was about as free as she let herself get in the presence of so many strangers. Or any strangers for that fact. It was a nice vacation from the dark thoughts that made their way into her head, a break in the stormclouds shading her view of the sky to soar in.
Grim relaxed, shoulders slumping, legs releasing their tension. She could get used to this...

| *Rhian stayed in the kitchen making some tea and filling up the tins for condiments and some other stuff. The kitchen had been cleaned from head to toe. You could see your reflection perfectly on the steel. There were five orders handed to her at once. And in 30 minutes all five were done, prepared on dishes, ready for Teanna to hand out. Her brown hair was pulled back in a high ponytail and a white apron around her waist, covered in smears of chocolate syrup and grease. As she waited for more orders and food to make, she leaned against the counter some pots and pans soaking in the soapy water.* | |

| Upon notice of the child, William would nod toward Ken, "Hey." The child, quizzical at first site, really gave William a certain sense of...Peace. As for Williams other recent companion, he was not so sure. Vampires never really stuck well with him...Specially when they stuck him.
In any case, this luncheon would most likely prove enjoyable, the smell of the restaurant invading his senses, a certain light footed aurora drifting around him to make William feel energized. His eyes would shoot up as the one known as Teanna approached them. Following direction, William would follow the young woman into the depths of the establishment, making his way toward the table she motioned toward.
His jaw's down, vocals about to initiate when the sound of one requesting a drink would cut across his demeanor with such black mentality. Looking across the table, Will would take notice of Grim at the other end. Show off He thought as the requested tea, but truly, he found her more humorous then annoying, the fact that being around such creature from his normal, boring every day life could make a lift alone, apart from being around food.
Smoothly taking his seat, William would look up toward Teanna, "I believe I will have the same as the.....Young lady over there." His hesitance would show, but as to why, it could only told to those who read mind wave lengths that William was not sure of how old Grim actually was.

| Ken bounced up and down on the balls of his feet, fixating his red pools upon the anatomy of the woman called Teanna. He would follow after William like a shadow, sniffing the air to take in the scent of delicious foods. "Mmm!" Ken's lips curled upwards, and deep-set dimples once more came into appearance 'pon his cheeks.
Then those astute senses shifted, pressing 'pon Grim's frame, of which seemed to appear out of nowhere. Ken swung his thin arm into the air, waving wildly at her. A childish grin flitted across his features, and those blood-red orbs seemed to dance, like a mesmerizing fire. Indeed, Ken is such an easily excited child.
Something made Ken jump. His lilthe figure leapt into the air, landing with a soft thump. He cringed, glancing out the window fearfully. Ken had heard a noise of some sort. The skies above, from what he could see, seemed to change colors. He stared intently at the scene, and the bludgeoned skies were filled with lightning, or something that seems like lightning. The little hairs on Ken's arms stood erect, and something in the core of his being sensed the energies raging uncontrollably.
"Willy, do you see that?" Ken's voice, even squeakier with horror, spoke his apprehensions. What's going on? Ken dashed up to Grim, waving his palm in front of her face furiously, "Did you see that, Grimmy?!" He turned 'round, to the one called Teanna. Images flashed before his eyes. Ken saw a silver-haired man, and children. But like a satellite affected by storms, his vision into the mind became disrupted. Ken glanced out the window again. Could that be the cause?

| Grim gave Ken her sweetest smile, entertained always by kids and teenagers alike. They were just more awsome than grown-ups.
She felt the ground shake benieth her feet on the floor and the vibration of her chair when Ken started waving in her face. what the....?! She stood up in a protective stance, scanning everything, from the people's faces to the tables, the broken dish under one, and outside. She followed Ken's glare out the window, where the sky was changing.
Ice pricked through her veins, her ears moving back in a ragful look. What could it be? Loud cracks split the noise, making half-formed thoughts cease and curious wonderings about her age die in the making. Fear poured through her mind, and she quickly slammed the door into her head shut, eyes fading into empty black pits.
She looked at Teanna, then William, then at Ken, and back to the window. She wanted to look and get a better state of mind on what was happening. But what if something happened to Ken and William? The other customers, Teanna, the workers here? She should stand her ground, protect such nice people.
Grim couldn't help but think of the end of the world. It was almost inevitable. But this place was a place with magic...Maybe it was just some sort of storm? Grim didn't know. She was going to stick around, whatever it was, and guard her new friends and aquantinces as best as she could, until it was the end. She just couldn't be too sure about anything any more.

| -Teanna smiled and nodded at the tea orders. That was quite simple, finally a break. The child, though, scared her. The colour of his eyes mainly. That blood red. It much bothered her. Rose had those colour eyes. Rose with her beautiful crimson hair and perfect lips. Rose whom she detested above all. Then Teanna heard the loud noises, and to her surprise, she wasn't scared. "Odin's Hunt." Teanna spoke towards the worried customers, rushing towards the more crowded area to assure the people that they would be safe. She really didn't need mass hysteria right now. She didn't much know why the current events weren't scaring her, not even one bit. But there was one thing that did worry her, though, and that was the constant question ravaging her mind. "Where's Noah?"
Teanna turned back to the strange customers that had just walked in a while earlier. The other people had bought her explanation, that the cause of the noises was Odin's hunt, but these people didn't. She looked at them and faked a small smile. "Would any of you care to attempt an explanation?" Her voice was soft, yet her words were almost hissed out, as though she was expecting the storm to have been caused by them. As though she believed it to be their fault. But it wasn't that. She was just...starting to get...a bit stressed.- |

| In his own excitement, Williams instincts fell down, the all ever amounted powers of observation dropped by a single moment of arrogant swaggering as he would permit himself to think. Upon realization of the current events outside the building, blood would surge in an utmost fashion, causing Will to feel an adrenalin rush. Will's suspicions would be confirmed as Ken made his gestures toward the window, then his moving over to Grim. Turning, he would see the flashes of lightening moving about the sky in a swirling fashion.
Turning to Teanna, Williams eyes would turn to an almost icy stare, the ambient mana in the air causing the hairs on the back of his next to stand on end, "I believe this is what’s called a mana spike."
Standing up, Will would move over to the window to look out. From his position, William could tell they were only into the second layer of the storm, the depths reaching toward the center, malicious attacks on the land cutting earth under this portion. "The mana in the air is thicker then normal." Turning back to his companions, Will would show a small look of worry, "We should hurry here and get back to the university, the main complex has protective energies which should prevent damage and provide shelter." He would then turn back to Teanna, "If I were you, I would start closing up shop, if this spike moves aside, then the entire building could be ripped apart."

| Ken stared with huge eyes at Grim's lack of composure, discerning her terror instantly. He realized then that he could sense atmospheres of emotions around him. As untamed as this prowess is, Ken felt the emotions overpower him, making his thin knees grow weak. His small figure gave a violent spasm, and emotions of all sorts raged inside him. Ken feels like a bottle, threatening to blow up with the mass amounts of feelings. The prominent expression is fear. Ken looked 'round, eyes lingering on the owner of the restaurant Eclipse: Teanna.
A single word broke through the storm manifesting rapidly in Ken's head, repeated like a chant or prayer of some sort: Noah. His eyes closed briefly, contemplating. What does such a name represent, that Teanna would put so much weight on it? Indeed, so much weight, that it broke through the chaotic signals created by the storm? Why the significance? Ken creased his brows, resting a palm upon a nearby table for equilibrium. At Teanna's inquiry, Ken shook his head. His head turned, and eyes strayed over eagerly to William, apperception capturing him as he waited for an answer.
Ken concentrated, forcing out all disruptions with his mind like a filter to listen to William. A mana spike? He staggered over, reaching out to put a hand on William's arm for balance, digits curling for the hold, "But why're the storms?" Ken glanced out the window, and thunder pealed across the skies. "But where would she go after closing down?" Lifting a tiny finger, he pointed directly at Teanna. Ken squinted, a deep concerned frown flitting across his youthful features.

| Grim couldn't help but stare out the windows and run the Phantom of the Opera theme song though her head at least once.
A mana spike? What was that? Grim took a deep breath in through her nose. She didn't really feel that scared, but from Ken's reaction and his own thoughts pounding into her head as if there was no block, it must have appeared there was.
Wait.
She had, from what she could tell, Ken's reaction to the storm and her in her head. That was....
Fairly interesting.
She turned to Will slowly and raised an eyebrow, sending out a soothing, calm air. Mana spike? She still had no idea what that was. Some sort of storm, apperently. But what had Teanna said? "Odin's hunt"? Grim twilred her lip ring through her lip again, so many things sparking curiosity in her.

| His exterior reaction toward the ones around him would make William look as if he were to be ignoring them, but his concentration was split with watching the storm outside as well as taking in the information around him. He himself was not sure what kind of storm this was, just that the ambient energy was to high for it to be coincidence. It would take a couple of hours to tell what the storm was going to do, hit n’ misses in it's entire coverage area. Is this storm covering all of Aenied? He wasn't really wanting to know what was happening in the eye, but a rising sense of impending danger rose around him and from him, the urge to leave this place and return to the university increasing by the minutes. Turning back toward his company, he would shrug, looking down to Ken, "I'm not sure."
Will would then glance up over toward Grim, making eye contact, "Do you want to stay here until the storm passes, or head back to the university. The campus is protected from teleportation, so we will have to travel to the portal if we go back."

| *A man walked into the restaurant through the main door. He was tall at 6' 4", and his odd white coat seemed to blend to his torso. He wore a pair of glasses that had a glare to hide his eyes. He turned his head "Lokking" about with his hidden eyes, he noticed his students and walked over to them and smiled as he reached the table.*
"Ah... Our quaint Universities newest trouble makers... Here for a spot of good food i suppose? The food here is rather excellent i am told by Master Noah."
*He looked at all three of them, of the three, he knew only Mister Embers. He would be needing his money to buy lab supplies, now that Elrith thought of it. He turned to the server.*
"Pardon me miss, but would it be at all possable to run a tab to my account for these three. The University bank is the operator..."
*At this moment, he felt the true mana spike, it was almost enough to force him to his knees, but luckily for the others, it was a high frewquency pulse and would not affect any of them. at least elrith hoped it wouldnt. It took all his strength to remain standing, and he knew what had caused it. They were on their way...he must find Noah as soon as possable. A second pulse hit him, this one was just as strong as the last. The poor boy ken might feel a bit of a headache from this one, but it was different from the storm. THe cause was completely different, or so he hoped...*
"Miss, do you know where Master Noah is."
*He would ask, careful not to show the pain from the mana spike, after the server would answer his first question.*
