General Rules

1:: Participants have 48 hours to respond.
2:: If a participant does not respond in time, any inflictions the character would suffer from not dodging/avoiding in their post hits said character with critical force.
3:: Upon request, Judges can pause a fight to pass judgment. The 48 hours limit restarts after judgment has been made.
4 :: If a Judge declares a hit, the following post must acknowledge this or be disqualified.

Combat Rules

1 :: Manipulation of the elements, Magic, Chi/Ki are allowed.
2 :: No String Manipulation
3 :: No Omni Powers.
4 :: No Teleportation.
5 :: No Creationism.
6 :: No Time Manipulation
7 :: No Black Holes.
8 :: No Reality Manipulation.
9 :: No Manifestation of Abilities within another character’s body. Ie. Opening a black hole in someone’s throat. – In cases where an opponent willingly draws your power into their body, you are free to manipulate it within them.
10 :: No Avatars.
11 :: No Gods.
12 :: Healing takes at the least one whole turn. More substantial damage takes longer. [Use common sense.]
13 :: No Barrier can sustain more damage than it was prepped for [1 prep vs 1 prep].
14 :: No Bio Manipulation of other characters.
15 :: No Ethereal Weapons that cut directly on the soul/spirit of the opponent.
16 :: No attacks that do Instant or Near Instant damage WITHOUT proper preparations. [Preparing the ‘power’ of your spell to be in ‘place’ to do said damage.]
17 :: No Chaotic ‘Forces.’
18 :: What is in the realm, stays in the realm. Character’s that draw their powers from other realms [Say they draw on flames from the plane of fire] are allowed to do so.
19 :: All attacks that are based ultimately fall upon the Judge’s ruling if they are Legal.

Any suggestions for where this is going to take place?
If not I'm thinking we go cheap and say 'Infinite Breezy Field' Go!

I want to say it should be in a building. Closed quarters and the possibility of the roof collapsing would make it interesting. People would have to prepare for attacks made by their opponents, along with changes in their surroundings. After the building is pretty much demolished, who remain can venture into the infinite breezy field.

But that is just me.

Possible setting:
Train station; a massive dome-shaped building with the roof full of windows. A huge billboard drapes above, suspended by cables designed to burden such weight. The station's floor covers a span of eighty |80| feet by fifty |50| feet, composed of one foot by one foot |1x1| stone squares. On the east wall is a flight of stairs, while on the west are escalators and on the north and south walls lead to their respective trains.

It can either be populated with people, or unpopulated (save for the combatants).

I got more settings coming, so that if no one likes the above mentioned one or ones on the previous page they can pick any (or none) from mine.

They'll be up tomorrow afternoon/evening.

This is it people, the tournament will start Monday. If you haven't signed up by then, well =/ darn.

Clint's decided it'll be less hectic if we got with two 3v3 rounds, hopefully that's alright. If not, help yourself to a tissue.
