Our System

This is the structure of how our organization will balance out this Realm. Our organization is called M.I.A. Memories Inevitable Awakening.
We run by Democracy, with three branches [Executive, Judicial, Legislative].

Executive:: The members of this branch enforces the rules of our realm. They overlook the common people [those not in the organization, but is a Role-Player] and their needs. They make decisions for the realm, and start polls so the common people can vote and voice their opinions. To join this group, a member already in this group will test you in problem solving by giving you examples of scenarios, and you try to figure out how to solve them. If your answer is satisfying, the members of this branch will vote. If 50% + 1 person votes you in, then you can join.

Judicial:: These are the judges for fights of t2 and t1 in the realm. These are specialized fighters who're experienced with the style and sub-style. When a judge is needed for a fight, the archives are posted, and then sent to the judges. The idenity of the fighters will be kept a secret until the judgement is over, to make sure there's as little bias as possible. Because honestly, most people are bias'ed in some way. The judgement will happen on the forum, though sometimes in Chat if necessary. To join, you must have some experience with a substyle/style. Sign up, then the members of this branch will vote. If you get 50% + 1, then you are in.

Legislative:: These people are the moderators for the website, forum, and they organize events such as tournaments. They also advertise the realm, to rally up more people. To join, sign up, then the members will vote. If you get 50% + 1 to let you in, you will be a member.

To make it as fair as possible, if an action is taken, a decision made, or a member is allowed into a branch, and the other two branches disapprove of that course of action, they may try to override it. To override, the other two branches must have a 50% + 1 vote each against the action taken. The common people can override an action by our branches by having 2/3, or 33.3% of the common people vote against it.

Our decisions are made based on majority.
There will be two branch leaders for each branch, and there will be a maximum time for each term a person can be branch leader, before a revoting occurs. This might expand in the future, meaning that we might need more than two branch leaders.
We vote for these people by letting the council choose nominees, and the people can vote on these nominees. Winner, and runner-up gets the positions.
