Bliss's eyes took a glance toward Angelic, the forward approaching was nothing to be worried about. It was the gun-stand that threatened to distract him.
So, a mere hand rose up with its palm toward the barrel of the gun. Unlike the exploding sound of the gun, the bullets would stop against the metallic glove of his hand without a whisper as the kinetic and vibratory energy were absorbed, taking away both the two bullet's moving force and lethality.
It was expected that after being shot Angelic would take that as a que to finally bring his sword down over Bliss's head---a combo, to kill him in a matter of seconds. But, this wasn't the case.
Bliss was correct, Angelic kept to his direct approach---the gun in the back his own tactical sense---and Bliss would finally give him his full attention. Sliding one foot backward, he'd leap from the earth toward the very blade that threatened his existence. However, his right hand was still lifted infront of him---between him and the sword. But, from it, a flat blade slid over the back of his hand from his forearm, a katar.
A low hum, if Angelic's ears were acute enough, would be heard as the metal of the blade shook with the same vibratory energy he had absorbed from both bullets. Void pockets formed around it, pulling matter---pulling Angelic's sword---toward it. But what of it? Angelic had already commited his strength and motion toward him. There was no turning back. The katar would slice through the metal of Angelic's sword like butter and continue forward for his neck, determined to sever the man's head. But, amongst the whole affair, a whisper of words were passed.
"....Bye."
