Bella A town floating atop the water. Rafts are crafted for people to manuever through the waters. Buildings stack atop of a steadily built platform with empty tin drums so people can live there. The citizens are allowed to fish off the waters, and sometimes water festivals are held. Bella exists like a normal town, with shops and homes save for the fact that it is on water.
