Bella, the Town on Lake Everclear

[b]Description: To the east, on Lake Everclear, exists a town called Bella that floats on the water. Rafts are crafted for people to manuever through the waters. Buildings stack atop of a steadily built platform with empty tin drums so people can live there. The citizens are allowed to fish off the waters, and sometimes water festivals are held. Bella exists like a normal town, with shops and homes save for the fact that it is on water. A mass of trees circle the tremendous lake as a source of fruits. All visitors and future inhabitants, welcome to Bella.
