To start new

The air was thick with the scent of pollen and wild flowers as the young man known as William Emmbers made his way through the woods that surrounded the university. Standing of about five seven, Willaim was only about of average size of body build, his shoulder length brown hair drapping around his head, flickering over a set of glasses he had only just aquired in the past couple of weeks.

He had not yet seen the school, but with all that he had heard of it, he decided to travel toward the center of learning for the arcane arts. As a scientist, he would come here in attempt to learn what he can from the school to further along his education.

The trees around him would slowly thin out, William now finding himself standing, rather in awe, at the massive structure in front of him with its buildings scattered around it. The ground underneath him would then move from hardened woodland trail into a concrete pathway leading to a set of wrought iron gates that would pose as the entrance to the school grounds.

Walking through, he would move down the path way through the university, seeing the several buildings off in the distance that would be where the classes were held. Where in the hell do I go check in at?! He thought, looking around for maybe a sign that would direct him. Seeing nothing, he would walk forward down the path toward the largest building he saw.

Upon entry, he would be dazzled by the crystal domed ceiling, his body turning as he walked to get a full three hundred and sixty view. As he did so, he would fall back, gravity making a fool of him as he hit a bench and fell back over it, landing on his head first, then toppling to his back, his bag providing nothing of which to help protect him on landing as it was full of books and supplies. Feeling dazed, he would look at the faces around him, the scattered sounds around him, mumbling about his clumsiness or muffled chuckling. Red faced, he would roll over and get up as fast as possible, turning this way and that, only to dash off one way toward a supposedly empty hallway.

Stopping to catch his breath, he would then notice a sign similar to that of what you might see in a hospital. There were several places ahead of him, but William was only interested in one, just under west wing lavatory was the sign labeled ‘Laboratory’. He then began a quick pace down the hall to see what this facilities lab may look like.

*A tall man in a white vest was hurriedly walking down the hall; he looked a bit preoccupied with getting to some place. As he noticed the man with the long brown hair. He nodded a hasty greeting, he must have been busy, but he seemed to know his way around. The man suddenly came to a stop, looking from the browned haired man to the lab sign a few times, a quizzical expression on his face. The lab he had come to had been unused for years to Elrith's knowledge, no professor that wanted to work in the dome. The room was kept clean, as the rest of the university showed, despite its disuse, it would not be hard to think it open at the time of the day. Elrith looked at the man and smiled, his glasses hiding his eyes as the glare from the torches reflected off of them. He was examining the man and had a friendly smile on his face.*

"I apologize good sir, are you lost? Perhaps I can point you in the right direction..."

*Elrith stood tall at 6' 4" and was looking William straight in the eye. His hand reached out to shake the man's. Despite the hurry Elrith was in, he was never one to except rudeness if he were to cause it. He knew that he had yet to make a proper introduction and had no intention of keeping it that way.*

"I apologize for my lack of tact. I am Elrith Eldwend, former professor of Arcane History and Performance. And you my good sir might be...?"

*His smile never faded, and his hand shake (should it be accepted) would be firm yet kind. A lot can be determined by how a man shakes his hand and more by the look in his eye. The gateway to his soul.*

In his haste, William would seem to blow right past the man known as Elrith. It would have been several steps from his initial site of the man before he even registered his voice, freezing suddenly, now realizing that he was not exactly sure if he was authorized to be in the lab. He would then turn, looking toward Elright, smieling broadly like a lost student would, "Oh, I was just going down to the lab..." he said, his eyes glancing side to side to see any warning signes he may have missed in his haste, such as 'No students allowed' or such.

His own paranoia would infiltrait his mind, making him laugh uneasly, scratching the back of his head, "Well, actually, I'm a student here...Errr...Future student here, I will be joining in next semester. Umm..." He could feel his face getting hot, but suddenly noticed the mans hand extended. William would take it, shaking the mans hand, keeping eye contact, "Oh, William Emmbers."

Suddenly feeling rather stupid, he would kind of look around, "Umm, where would I check in at?"

*Elrith looked at the man called William, his speech hinted toward a slight bit of anxiety. He had been able to see the lab though, and since the lab had an enchantment that kept certain people from seeing it he was definitely in the right place, the University choose where they students were in this way. Elrith smiled again as released the man's hand.*

"Well, it’s a pleasure to have me you Mr. Emmbers. To check in, merely head down the hall and it’s the 4th door on the left. Also, this lab here will be where you can handle personal experiments; the staircase on the far wall will lead to your dorm room. I must be going now, have a pleasant afternoon Mr. Emmbers."

*With that Elrith turned on his heel and headed down the all, nodding and greeting yet another student. The other student turned and faced a random part of the all it seemed, however he still reached out and gripped what appeared to be an imaginary door knob. His hand turned and the other student opened a door that appeared only when he opened it, and then vanished as he closed. The Magnus University was going to be a strange place for any new personnel it seemed.*

Karin wasn't lost.

Nor was she confused.

She was just on her way to see if she could join up at the Magnus University.

As smart as she already was, she knew that "magnus" meant "great" and that only tied in that this school was to be the "Great University."

Chuckling to herself, she walked up in a cliché school girl uniform, this being her normal every day wear. She was clad in a blue skirt, blue collar, white long sleeved shirt, and red ribbon loosely tied and draping over her chest. Her brown loafers she wore against those knee length white socks matched her brown hair.

The dark color only brough out her eyes more.

The blue was of a cold, slate styled glare. Brows plucked to a perfection, nothing out of line and in a disgusting state. Face blemish free, the porcelain skin so magnificantly marvelous.

Not only was she innocently looking enough, she had her bag hooked on her back, the zipper of the main part slightly opened, and she hadn't even known about it.

Approaching the building, she sighed. It's not like she hadn't seen anything like it before.

Shrugging, she moved towards the largest building, it more near the center any way.

She noticed it to be where she'd find assisstance to actually join the school for next term, seeing as she was getting away from her old life... And starting over.

Back to that innocent look; to throw it all off, she had a blade attached to her hip, it swinging in it's sheath and brushing her right calf every time she took a step.

Moving into the big opened space of the univeristy's center building, she spun around and called out for help;

"Hellooo! Is any one there to heeeeeeelp me~!?"

For a smaller girl that stood at 5'2" and a quarter, her voice made up for it. Giggling slightly, she rocked onto her toes then back to the flats of her feet as she waited.

"I hope someone comes soon... I might get bored and cause an uproar... Heehee."
Thinking to herself, she smirked and licked her lips as she looked around, and then up to the beautiful cieling.

"Oooh... Pretty..."

*A man in a white vest approached the young woman, his eyes hidden by the glare of sunlight coming through the ceiling. He stood at a tall 6' 4", making him 1' 2" over the young woman. He had a calming smile on his face; the long coat like vest was really more like a sleeveless trench coat. He had two swords, a white one on his left hip and a black one on his right both of them where Jintachis (Katanas with a curved handle curved in the opposite direction o the blade's curve allowing for more power to be transferred for each swing.) they both glinted in the light. He seemed to be a kind person, but had a large build and looked like he was only 26.*

"Pardon me Miss, did I here you request some assistance."

*He stood there, feet shoulder width apart and his hands behind his back crossed right over left on the small of his back. He stepped to make his feet together as he moved his right hand over his abdomen and bowed. He never took his eyes off the young woman's face, he knew far better then to.*

"Elrith Eldwend at your service, Headmaster of the Magnus University. If you wish to enroll, you’re just in time to sign up for the final semester before the summer holidays. If you have already enrolled I can show you to your dorm room."

*He stood up and looked her in the eyes, the glare finally fading from his glasses so as to reviled his eyes to be like two pools of molten silver.*

As foot steps drew near, she allowed her eyes to dip. Her sights were graced with the man in a white vest. She watched him with a bit of interest, smirking inwardly at his weapons of choice. She had to tilt her head up to actually look towards his face, if she didn't, she would be stuck with her eyes glued to his chest. Mentally shaking her head of the thought, she made her eyes stay directed to his whether or not the sun glared against his vision.

A light smile curled against her lips, it sincere in all aspects. "Hai! I would much appreciate some assistance."

Japanese still clung to her, but she only used small phrases, her favorite being "Bokorro shite yurozo!" which translate to "I'm going to rip your guts out!" Pleasant, isn't it?

After he bowed, she bowed as well, folding her hands down on her thighs, this keeping her skirt from shifting uncomfortably.

Standing back up, she smiled again, this time with her teeth as well. "Eldwin-sensei, I am not enrolled yet, Sensei-sama..."

Her eyes then grew a little wider with a small ounce of surprise due to his eye color... It was different, and definitely eye catching.
